Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding trucking and customs clearance services.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with Transport Management System and DG handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to SOP and ROCS Manuals and ensure steps align with KPIs.
• Proactively monitor events from arrival to delivery and enter discrepancy codes in ROCS.
• Create Accounts Receivable/Payable invoices in ROCS and accruals at job level.
• Ensure timely invoice follow-up and closure of job files in ROCS.
• Resolve issues escalated by Operations staff and handle ad-hoc tasks.
