Job summary

AWOT Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Air Import Operations Supervisor in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end air import operations, coordinating with airlines, agents, customs, and customers to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

The role requires 3-5 years in air import ops, a relevant diploma or degree, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysian import regulations. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in air import operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian import regulations and air freight docs.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily air import operations including tracking and clearance.
• Prepare import docs such as AWB, manifests, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with airlines, agents, customs brokers, and authorities.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Review workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and service recovery professionally.
• Support audits and proper record-keeping.
