Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a qualified candidate to manage Import & Export shipments and oversee the global Order-to-Cash process. The role focuses on delivering on-time order creation, invoicing, and documentation while driving process improvements across projects and data maintenance in the system.

You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, DSP, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and achieve best-in-class service levels.

Qualifications

• Three years (preferably operational) experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structure or operational experience in one of the following areas:-

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable Customer Service Operations with best in class service level
• Manage E2E of Order-to-Cash cycle, optimize and reduce operational cost
• Support & backup each other Import & Export Specialist between hubs across the world
• Always with continuous improvement mindset for the team / function
• Review customer activity, identify trends and take corrective actions where necessary
• Always get feedback from customers to continue improve the necessar
• Build relationship with key stakeholders (Suppliers, customer, buyers, DSP and PLOG)
• Ensure follow best practices and complience of Import & Export teams (SOPs)
• Manage current / planned projects and their status in order to launch them on time including all the necessary steps that need to be coordinated : master data (material, vendor, customer) and transportation route set up, IMSPB validation
• Always review and update the process flow to continous improvement and meet the compliance.
