Job summary

Shipco Transport in Penang is seeking an Airfreight Coordinator to manage airfreight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring compliance with IATA and company policies. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate operations.

Ideal candidates hold a logistics-related degree or diploma, have 1–2 years in FCL Export/Air freight, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the FCL Export/Air freight industries.
• Good knowledge of local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations.
