Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Consultant to deliver consulting and technical solutions in the areas of AIOps and digital consultancy, which includes proof-of-concept (POC) and end-to-end solution delivery. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in solution customization and scripting, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in AIOps and digital consultancy, proof-of-concept (POC), and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver solutions for organizations across diverse industries.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design, recommend, and implement effective solutions.
• Present AIOps solutions, best practices, and delivery methodologies to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution strategy, architecture, and implementation to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Open to candidates with minimum 1 to 3 years of experiences in an IT role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with CGPA ≥ 3.0
• Experienced using Observability Tools and Technologies, such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Grafana, etc.
• Have an understanding on containerised environment
• Experience working with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or equivalent automation scripting
• Basic understanding in AIOps, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience or exposure in observability solution customisation, such as plugin/extension development and advanced analytical dashboard development
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Engage confidently when working with customers and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks assigned
