Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys, seeks a Technology Consultant with AI and Project Management expertise to support digital transformation initiatives across industries. You will work closely with clients to define, design, and implement scalable solutions that unlock business value.

Responsibilities include engaging with clients, advising on AI-driven approaches, and enabling end-to-end delivery with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, cloud transformation, or software asset management.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) or AI/Cloud are advantageous.

The Team

As we continue to expand our consulting capabilities, we are seeking a Technology Consultant with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Project Management to support digital transformation initiatives across industries

The role will involve working closely with clients to define, design, and implement scalable solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and translate these into technology-enabled solutions
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and innovative AI-driven approaches
• Facilitate workshops to define business requirements, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Graph RAG, with the ability to design intelligent, data-driven solutions and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Proficient in Data Science and AI/ML, enabling development of predictive models, advanced analytics, and automation use cases.
• Experience in end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including use case identification, data preparation, model development, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Ability to leverage AI for process optimization, customer behavior analysis, intelligent reporting, and enhanced user experiences (e.g., workflow automation, personalization).
• Exposure to Agentic AI and automation frameworks, contributing to innovative consulting solutions and the design of self-service, task-oriented intelligent systems

Project & Program Management

• Plan, manage, and execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
• Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
• Drive end-to-end delivery across transformation programs, ensuring quality and timely execution

Transformation & Delivery Excellence

• Support end-to-end transformation initiatives including process redesign, system integration, and data flow optimization
• Ensure development and maintenance of key project assets (e.g., requirements traceability, process maps, data models)
• Identify improvement opportunities and resolve delivery challenges across program streams

About You

You are an entrepreneurial and collaborative consultant with a strong mix of technical knowledge, delivery capability, and business acumen, capable of operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, cloud transformation, or software asset management.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) or AI/Cloud are advantageous
