Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a 6-month contract staff to work with the Global Finance Services (GFS) team in Malaysia to explore, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve O2C efficiency and automation. The role involves collaborating with the O2C team to identify pain points, analyze workflows, and support daily O2C operations including billing and cash applications.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.
Knowledge of finance operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with O2C team to understand business processes and identify pain points.
Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience across O2C processes.
Support digital transformation initiatives delivering measurable business value.
Support daily O2C operations including sales orders, billing, collections, cash application, and cash & banking activities if required.
