Job summary

AstraZeneca in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Digital Automation & Analytics Analyst to support Finance with data analytics, reporting, automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will design Power BI dashboards, develop AI Copilot tools, and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform to improve efficiency and transparency across Finance. The role involves collaborating with Finance stakeholders, validating data quality and delivering insights that drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years in BI, Analytics, automation or similar role.
• Hands-on Power BI with data transformation, data modelling and DAX.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance.
• Develop AI agents and Copilot solutions to support Finance processes.
• Create workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Analyse Finance processes to identify manual tasks suitable for automation.
• Provide dashboards and ad hoc reports to monitor performance and data quality.
