Job summary

AIA Malaysia invites applications for a role to support the Head of AML Operations. The role spans business analysis, project coordination and governance, focusing on AML-related AI model initiatives and stakeholder engagement across markets.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years in PM/BA within financial services, with strong communication skills and proficiency in office tools, and an interest in AI-enabled operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; professional PM/BA/AML certifications add value.
Minimum 5–8 years in project management, business analysis, or governance within financial services.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead AML AI model projects with planning, execution, risk tracking and governance across teams.
Facilitate requirements gathering, document business needs and translate into specs.
Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking with stakeholders.
Support resource planning, billing coordination and project administration.
Provide advisory for AML Operations activities, including SLA monitoring and process improvements.
Prepare management updates, dashboards and governance reporting for leadership.
Assist internal/external audits and regulatory requests with timely data.
