Job summary

Eindec Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Business Development / Technical Sales professional to identify and convert new opportunities in core AI-integrated smart engineering solutions.

You will support the BD team with lead generation, client visits, technical discussions and tender submissions, while coordinating with engineering and production to ensure feasible solutions and successful quotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering field required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Ability to read M&E drawings, URS, BOQ and specifications.
• 2-5 years in technical/project sales.

Responsibilities

• Support BD team in identifying and developing new clients.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical discussions.
• Generate leads through market research, networking and referrals.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
• Manage enquiries, RFQs, quotations and project opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/Sales reports.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for feasibility.
• Prepare technical proposal, product selections and quotations.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers and projects.
