Job summary

GenTech AI Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an AI Solutions Presales Consultant to work with Sales, Product and Technical teams to design practical AI and automation solutions for enterprise customers.

You will translate business processes into technically feasible solutions using AI Agents, AI Workforce, workflow automation, enterprise applications and system integrations, and you will present concepts clearly to customers and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technology solutions.
• Comfortable conducting customer discovery and requirement discussions.
• Good understanding of enterprise applications, system architecture and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Join customer meetings with the Sales team to understand processes and outcomes.
• Conduct requirement discovery covering workflows, data, and systems.
• Translate requirements into practical solution designs and end-to-end workflows.
• Design solutions involving AI Agents, Generative AI, and workflow automation.
• Define high-level solution architecture, data flows and integration needs.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demos and POC scenarios.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for customers and management.
• Support Sales in proposals, Scope of Work and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure proposed scope is technically feasible and aligned with expectations.
