Eindec is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager – Business Development to spearhead market expansion and build strong customer relationships across Data Centre/AI Infrastructure, Semiconductor, Medical/Pharmaceutical, and other high-growth sectors. The role requires a hunter mentality, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently identify and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with industrial/technical products or engineering solutions.
• Strong network across relevant sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new industries, applications and market opportunities.
• Develop target-account lists and customer mapping.
• Identify upcoming factories, data centers and expansion projects.
• Monitor project pipelines, tenders and investment announcements.
• Lead sales conversion from lead to meeting to RFQ to PO and revenue.
