GenTech AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our AI Workforce and enterprise solutions portfolio. You will identify opportunities, present ServeAI platforms, and manage the sales journey from prospecting to close.

This role rewards proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Collaboration with solution consultants and delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or technology solution sales.
• Proactive in finding new customers and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain how a solution can improve their business.
• Self-motivated, organised and consistent in following up and progressing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, events and direct outreach.
• Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges and identify suitable solutions.
• Present our AI Workforce, automation and enterprise solutions in clear business terms.
• Work with solution consultants and technical teams on discovery sessions, demonstrations and proposals.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records and forecasts in the CRM.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and develop opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a clear handover of customer requirements and commitments.
