MSD Malaysia is seeking a senior specialist to build and govern HR knowledge content optimized for AI-enabled service delivery across the APJC region. You will drive content strategy, governance, and lifecycle management to ensure accurate, globally consistent, and easily discoverable knowledge for digital assistants and self‑service platforms.

This hybrid role focuses on translating policies into plain language content and collaborating with AI, HR Solutions, and Compliance teams to improve AI

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the HR knowledge content strategy for AI‑enabled HR service delivery.
• Define and enforce content governance frameworks (ownership, review cycles, approvals).
• Establish standards for content structure, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure HR knowledge content is structured and optimized for AI consumption and surfaceability.
• Partner with AI, digital HR, and platform teams to improve AI response accuracy and relevance.
• Translate complex policies into plain‑language, employee‑centric content for AI systems.
