Job summary

MSD is seeking an experienced HR Knowledge Content Lead to govern and optimize knowledge assets across the APJC region. You will shape AI-ready content, collaborate with AI, digital HR, and platform teams, and drive global governance to ensure accurate, consistent, and easily discoverable information for employee experiences.

You will coach SMEs and content owners, lead localization efforts where applicable, and contribute to the global knowledge lifecycle management.

• Proven ability to govern content across regions and domains.
• Ability to influence global stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Data-driven approach to improving content performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve HR knowledge content strategy for APJC aligned to AI-enabled service delivery.
• Establish content governance frameworks with ownership, reviews, and retirement processes.
• Set standards for content structure, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure content is structured and optimized for AI consumption including conversational AI and agents.
• Collaborate with AI, digital HR, and platform teams to improve AI response accuracy.
• Translate complex policies into plain-language, employee-centric content.
• Participate in global content audits and drive consolidation of duplicates.
• Establish content health metrics and scorecards to measure impact.
