Job summary

Western Digital Tech and Regional Center (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Experience Partner in Malaysia to deliver HR programs and counsel senior managers across the country. You will actively drive digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance the employee experience and HR services.

You will operate with solid knowledge of Malaysian employment law, align HR activities with business priorities, and guide leaders through complex people issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) highly preferred.
• Certified HRDC Trainer (Train-the-Trainer, HRD Corp Malaysia) and coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of experience in HR or relevant experience.
• Experience leading transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR presence for employees and people leaders across Malaysia.
• Advise senior managers and contribute to HR service design and improvements.
• Provide expert advice on talent identification, organizational planning, and workforce strategies.
• Design and continuously improve HR programs with insights from field observations.
• Ensure HR policies comply with ISO, RBA, and customer audit requirements.
