Job summary

PwC Malaysia’s Workforce team helps organizations shape a future AI-enhanced workforce using analytics, AI, and digital tools. As a Manager, you will lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, and drive AI-enabled workforce solutions across people strategy, analytics, and governance.

You will guide teams in building data-driven HR services, design operating models, and deliver adaptive workforce insights while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce management, human capital advisory, people analytics, HR technology, or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Harvey) to enhance research, productivity, and deliverable quality.
• Experience applying AI to people analytics, HR transformation, or workforce solutions is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R); visualization platforms and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in workforce analytics and HR technology solutions.
• Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
• Train, support and lead team members.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Lead the use of digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insightfulness of client deliverables.
• Ability to operationalize AI tools in day-to-day work, including designing structured prompts, applying AI for data analysis and problem solving, and validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the development of your own technical acumen.
• Participate in business development to identify opportunities across new and existing clients.
• Develop PwC brand and internal relationships.
• Prepare proposals as part of the pursuit of advisory engagements.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to PwC policies and risk management requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in workforce management and contribute to thought leadership content.
