Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Business Development Representative for Asia to drive outbound prospecting and nurture potential buyers, collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, and help schedule product demos for enterprise customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Outbound prospecting/inside sales experience, tech/SAAS preferred.
• 2+ years in this field or similar sales development role.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans for target customers; articulate value and uncover needs.
• Transform MQLs into Sales Opportunities; nurture leads until progression in the sales cycle.
• Schedule product demos and intro meetings between AEs and potential customers.
• Achieve quarterly targets and follow up leads promptly.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database and update SFDC with lead status.
• Take live chats and calls, follow up via phone and email, and seek referrals.
