Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience designing and deploying business process automation in a corporate environment.
• Ability to coach non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Translate automation opportunities into technical designs and deploy them.
• Architect workflows that bridge disparate systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Build within IT’s governance framework for safe automation execution.
• Create SOPs and training materials for user adoption of automations.
• Instrument automations to report on time savings and efficiency.
