Job summary

Grab’s BIOS team in Malaysia designs and builds automation solutions and data pipelines to streamline Malaysian Operations. You will own end-to-end solution delivery, scoping bottlenecks with stakeholders, writing scripts, integrating systems, and ensuring long-term adoption on the ground. Based onsite in Petaling Jaya, you’ll deepen expertise in solution architecture and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON handling, and linking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 1+ year ofPython programming experience; build robust, scalable solutions.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity and workflows.
• SQL knowledge for data extraction and management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Map workflows and write scripts to connect systems and automate tasks.
• Use Python to automate tasks, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.
• Write optimized SQL queries to fetch and transform data for workflows.
• Document all operational processes from design to deployment.
• Create user guides and technical documentation for solutions.
• Collaborate with MY Operations stakeholders to tailor solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing solutions.
