Job summary

Zen Computer Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our Agile teams and drive high‑quality delivery. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team stay focused and continuously improving.

You will coach the team on Agile values, support the Product Owner, and track progress with Agile metrics to ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

Experience using Agile project management toolslikeAzure DevOps

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams is an advantage

Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery is a plus
