Job summary

Ridik in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Scrum Master to support projects delivered using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and work with Product Owners on backlog refinement while tracking progress and delivery milestones. The role includes health insurance and a monthly salary from RM7,000, with potential for 1-year contract work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience in team facilitation, stakeholder management, and impediment resolution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
• Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between Scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective Agile delivery governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience in team facilitation, stakeholder management, and impediment resolution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
