Job summary

Oliver James Associates Limited is seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams through Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will drive Agile adoption, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with product owners, developers, testers and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive high performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Agile transformation experience.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban and other frameworks to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Agile adoption across teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews.
