Job summary

Zen Computer Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our Agile teams and drive high‑quality delivery. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team stay focused and continuously improving.

You will coach the team on Agile values, support the Product Owner, and track progress with Agile metrics to ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile values and Scrum practices.
• Remove delivery impediments and manage risks.
• Support Product Owner with backlog clarity and prioritisation.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown).
• Track team performance and promote continuous improvement.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
