Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams in Malaysia. You will coach Scrum teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and leadership to align priorities and delivery expectations.

You will facilitate key ceremonies, track velocity and cycle times, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Agile environments as Scrum Master or delivery role.
• Strong facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CSM or PSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).
• Act as servant leader, Agile coach, and mentor to teams.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Managerto facilitate Agile delivery, coach Scrum teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong servant leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration, transparency, accountability, and a strong Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective, focused, and aligned with Agile principles.
• Serve as a servant leader, Agile coach, and mentor, supporting teams in adopting Scrum practices and continuously improving their delivery performance.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies that may affect team productivity, delivery timelines, or morale.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to align priorities, objectives, and delivery expectations.
• Support and coordinate multiple Agile teams, facilitating cross-team collaboration and managing dependencies to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Monitor and analyse Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down/burn-up charts, cycle time, and team performance, to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning within Agile teams and across the wider organisation.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, best practices, and Agile mindset adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role.
• Strong hands‑on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience in Agile coaching, servant leadership, and team facilitation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience using Agile metrics and tools to monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to remove impediments and drive resolution of delivery issues.
• Experience supporting Agile transformation or organisational change initiatives is highly desirable.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.
