Job summary

MICO WORLD is seeking an Agency Manager (Agency Management Specialist) in Kuala Lumpur to recruit, onboard, and oversee partner agencies, driving both quantity and quality of collaborations.

You will build strong relationships with agency leaders, provide guidance and platform insights, and resolve onboarding, compliance, moderation, and incentive issues while monitoring performance metrics to coach and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in live streaming, digital entertainment, or talent management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing partners with patience and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance dashboards and draw actionable insights.
• Basic familiarity with platform-side operations (content rules, incentives, moderation) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage agencies, focusing on both quantity and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders, supporting their performance growth through guidance, tools, and platform insights.
• Help agencies resolve issues related to onboarding, compliance, moderation, and incentives.
• Monitor agency performance metrics (e.g., host activity, recharge, retention), and provide timely coaching and strategic suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall agency ecosystem and user experience.
