Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account/relationship management.
• Experience in e-commerce, telco, utilities, or fintech is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and coordinating across multiple stakeholders to launch initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with experience negotiating partner terms.
• Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives from scoping to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from performance data.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationship with Digital Product partners – including contract renewals, new product enablement, and day-to-day liaison.
• Coordinate between partners and internal Product/Ops teams to troubleshoot issues, enable integrations, and support new product rollouts.
• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with new partners to support category initiatives.
• Explore and develop marketing collaboration opportunities with partners to drive category growth.
• Support Category Manager in growth strategies, market gap identification, and new growth sources.
• Negotiate commercials with partners and lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance and Ops.
• Analyse partner sales and marketing performance to drive transactions and revenue.
