Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable Partner Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day partner relations and ensure smooth execution of trade-in programs and campaigns.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Area Management, Product and Operations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across retail channels while delivering timely updates to partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business or related field; degree is an advantage.
• 2–3 years in Key Account Management or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary working-level contact for assigned partners.
• Coordinate rollout of trade-in programs, campaigns, promotions and launches.
• Work with Area Management Lead and internal teams for aligned execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular partner updates.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues and drive improvements.
• Share field insights and market observations with partners.
