Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Executive/Manager to grow external business partnerships, including CPA networks, DSPs, agencies, and media owners. You will source, negotiate, manage, and evaluate third-party channels to drive growth and performance.

Role requires at least 2 years in partnerships or related fields, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and fluency in English and Chinese with Bahasa Malaysia a plus. On-site in Malaysia preferred.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or agency/vendor management.
Familiarity with CPA, CPL, revenue share, sponsorships and outsourced marketing models.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and DSPs.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across Malaysia and regional markets.
Source, onboard, and manage third-party partners including CPA networks, DSPs, agencies, media owners, and KOL agencies.
Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and campaign deliverables to maximize ROI.
Evaluate partner performance, traffic, conversions, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, finance and operations teams for campaign execution.
Maintain records of partner details, contracts and payments; monitor performance to adjust partnerships.
Build long-term relationships and identify new growth opportunities while ensuring compliance.
