AIG Shared Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Agency Executive for the Puchong branch to help oversee agency operations, engage partners, and drive growth. The role involves handling general inquiries, presenting solutions to customers, training partners on product knowledge, and coordinating with underwriters to streamline processes.

You will recruit new partners, expand the branch agency force, and manage day-to-day operations while implementing HQ initiatives.

Responsibilities

• General inquiries which address general questions about AIG’s services and product.
• Commercial lines of business handling that require in depth understanding and explanation towards Customer in form of presentation or meetings.
• Trainer on both soft skill/ product knowledge - train, update or refresh business partners on the changes, Product, mind mapping, cross selling, etc
• As a key person between partners and underwriter, guiding and sharing the functionality of our system
• Recruit more partners to offer AIG products to customers
• Key person driving our Puchong branch agency performance and engagement
• Effectively elevate the productivity of our existing partners via strong and consistent growth in new business and renewals
• Unlocking cross-selling opportunities within existing client to maximize value
• Expansion of the branch agency force through quality recruitment
• Manage the branch operation and executing initiatives rolled out by HQ
• Responsible and passion to learn and explore new things
• Having exposure in sales / marketing with good communication skill from insurance agency management, bancassurance or retail/ commercial banking sales environment
• Ability to coach, monitor and motivate producers
• Organized, hands-on and result focused
• Team player and dynamic person
• Good interpersonal skill - Ability to understand and connect with people in various situation
