Eastspring Investments is seeking to strengthen its Agency Channel leadership, working alongside the Head of Agency to expand market share across regions in Malaysia. The role focuses on recruitment, training, and execution of sales campaigns to drive agent productivity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Regional Managers, organizing events, and supporting all agency-related marketing initiatives. Experience in insurance or ILP is a plus for applicants in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head of Agency in increasing market share and performance.
• Monitor agency channel performance across regions.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies with Regional Managers to grow the agent base.
• Support regional managers with visits, conferences, seminars, and joint sales calls.
• Monitor agency campaigns and programs to boost agent productivity.
• Assist in formulating strategies and activities to enhance sales.
• Handle inquiries related to agency business and provide campaign information.
• Support sales and marketing activities of all agency channel distributions.
• Organize events and training for agents and regional teams.
