Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad is seeking a senior leader to manage agency sales, recruitment performance, and business development across 28 branches in Malaysia. You will supervise branch operations, ensure adherence to established processes, and analyze sales, productivity, and recruitment data to provide strategic recommendations.

The role requires driving agency recruitment growth through multiple channels and coordinating promotional events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in agency development or business development is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and own transport required.
• Ability to lead and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all matters pertaining to agency sales and recruitment performance, driving business development for the agency force and overseeing 28 branch operations.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to processes, rules and guidelines.
• Analyze reports on agency sales, productivity and recruitment and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance.
• Drive agency recruitment growth through multiple channels.
• Supervise activities such as branch promotions, agency recruitment previews and events, and agency talks.
