Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in insurance or financial institution industry.
• Candidates with PCE, CEILI & TBE certification/ AMII/ ACII/ AAII or other insurance qualifications have an advantage.
• Ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support performance and agent recruitment activities.
• Conduct coaching and review sessions with new agents regularly.
• Drive key KPIs under Strategic Development AEA.
