Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a proactive professional to support the Agency Channel Head in driving growth of the Agency channel and recruiting new agents for Employee Benefits products. You will assist in business development, provide servicing support for EB agents and clients, and help deliver training to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare weekly updates, ensure CCP adherence, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

Responsibilities

• Support the Agency Channel Head in driving growth and development of the Agency channel.
• Assist in executing business development initiatives and recruitment/activation strategies for new agents.
• Provide administrative and operational support for servicing EB agents and clients.
• Conduct engagement sessions, meetings and training to enhance agents’ product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity updates and production performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to CCP and internal policies.
• Deliver product presentations and business proposals to clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Claims to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to increase client product penetration through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Provide consultative recommendations by analyzing claim experience and proposing cost-management strategies.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new policies including benefits briefing and billing.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance trends and potential risks.
• Highlight concerns and share best risk management practices.
