Agensi Pekerjaan HRnet One Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Sales/Business Development professional to lead agency growth in the designated region and to drive recruitment and sales initiatives within the financial services sector.

The role requires strong self-discipline and a results-driven mindset, with experience in Life Insurance being advantageous. The position offers opportunities to work with agency leaders and to translate analytic insights into effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development within financial services.
• Familiar with Life Insurance or experience in joint field work will be an added advantage.
• Self-discipline and performance-driven character.
