Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Training Needs Analyst to identify and analyze training needs for business customers, delivering a wide spectrum of training solutions and advising customers to solve business problems.

You will facilitate licensing processes for insurance licenses, contribute to training manuals and coverage brochures, and build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying training needs for business customers.
• Ability to input for development of training manuals and brochures.
• Provide technical advice to enable customers to solve business problems.
• Proven ability to develop positive customer relationships.
• Ability to anticipate needs and monitor trends.
• Experience resolving technical issues in the function area.
• Ability to lead short-term projects (3–9 months).

Responsibilities
