Job summary

Zurich in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Training Solutions Advisor to identify training needs of business customers and deliver a wide spectrum of training solutions, including advice to solve problems or improve business outcomes.

You will facilitate licensing appointments for insurance products, contribute to training manuals and coverage brochures, build strong customer relationships, and lead short-term projects to drive service improvements.

• Anticipate customer needs, monitor trends to recommend changes.
