Job summary

DFINITI Technologies SDN BHD is seeking an organized After-Sales Administrator in Malaysia to coordinate service requests, warranty claims, client feedback, and parts arrangements. You will prepare service reports, job sheets, quotations, delivery orders, and warranty documents, while maintaining accurate records in the system.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, has 3+ years of sales/service experience (oil and gas preferred), and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or relevant field.
• At least 3 years in sales/service exposure, preferably in Oil and Gas industries.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with good written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethics and objective.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the after-sales department and coordinate service requests, warranty claims, client feedback, parts arrangements, and documentation.
• Handle after-sales inquiries and follow up with clients.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, quotations, delivery orders, and warranty claim documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all after-sales cases in the system.
• Coordinate spare-parts ordering, stock availability, and parts replacement requests.
• Work closely with all department teams to meet clients’ satisfaction.
• Prepare after-sales reports.
• Support continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
• Undertake any task pertaining to after sales duties as required.
