Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service management, preferably in automotive, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong negotiation, market insight, partner relationship management, multitasking, and target-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new after-sales, installation, and repair service partners.
• Develop service partner proposals covering scope, resources, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Track contract signing, execution, renewal, and expiration to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Support service partners in submitting claims with required documents and invoices.
• Route claims for review, verify eligibility, and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide visibility into claim status (submitted, under review, pending, approved, rejected, processed).
• Achieve performance targets, drive renewal initiatives, and improve processes.
