Job summary

LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Service Operation Executive to manage and develop our service partner network while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer experiences.

You will work with partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen our service network, validate warranty claims, identify growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in operations, service network management, customer service, or dealer/partner management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Identify, recruit new service partners to strengthen network coverage.
• Monitor partner operations for policy, standard and performance compliance.
• Address partner concerns and customer service-related issues promptly.
• Participate in regular business reviews and operational meetings with partners.
• Review and process warranty claims accurately within timelines.
• Coordinate initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
