Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales service management.
• Proven negotiation, relationship-management, and market insight skills.
• Proficient in English; Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new service partners, and conduct business negotiations and contract signing.
• Develop service partner proposals based on regional requirements and service network plans.
• Maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with service partners.
• Monitor signing, execution, renewal, and expiration of partner contracts for compliance.
• Assist service partners to submit claims with required documents and information.
• Route claims for approval, review eligibility, and gather additional information as needed.
• Provide visibility into claim status from submission to payment processing.
