Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience and 2 years regional management experience.
• Experience with international retail operation models.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores in the region.
• Implement and monitor daily operational standards, oversee campaigns.
• Develop regional teams and mentorship.
• Communicate with national new retail platform and regional partners.
