Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in after-sales service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service management, preferably in automotive, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong business negotiation, market insight, partner relationship management, multitasking, and target-driven execution.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Service Partner Development: Identify and onboard new after-sales, installation, and repair service partners and manage contract signing.
• Business Planning & Bidding: Develop service partner proposals covering scope, resources, service models, pricing, and terms; lead bidding communications.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service partners to improve engagement.
• Contract & SLA Monitoring: Track signing, renewal, and expiration to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance clauses.
• Submission: Support partners in submitting claims with required documents and invoices.
• Approval: Route claims for review, verify eligibility, and ensure policy compliance.
• Tracking: Provide visibility into claim status (submitted, under review, pending, approved, rejected, processed).
• Performance & Renewal: Achieve targets, drive renewals, and improve claims and partner management processes.
