Standard Chartered Bank in Petaling Jaya is recruiting a Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive mortgage sales growth by onboarding affluent clients and deepening relationships with existing customers. The role involves actively prospecting for potential clients, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless mortgage application experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of sales experience in banking or real estate.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Meet monthly mortgage sales targets and onboard affluent clients.
Cross-sell other affluent products such as MRTA/MLTA through effective sales strategies.
Build relationships with customers, real estate agents, developers and brokers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliances with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend mortgage products.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in mortgage lending and adhere to bank policies.
