Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Johor Bahru seeks a dedicated banking professional to support Relationship Managers and Priority/Affluent clients with sales fulfilment, servicing and operational support. The role emphasises customer experience, regulatory compliance and achieving strong financial contributions.

You will assist onboarding, activation activities and cross-selling while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Investment and insurance certifications and licences are required.
• Minimum five years of banking experience and knowledge of banking practices and products.
• Ability to coach, motivate and lead branch team members at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and Priority/Affluent clients with complex queries and transactions.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and products, including documentation for various accounts and products.
• Monitor client applications and requests to meet turnaround times and escalate when needed.
• Educate clients and migrate them to digital and remote channels; assist with digital sign-up.
