Job summary

Manpower Malaysia is recruiting for a Mortgage Sales Executive to achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets and actively acquire new-to-bank and affluent customers.

You will promote cross-selling of MRTA/MLTA and other wealth or protection solutions, build strong relationships with customers and key partners, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within banking, mortgage financing, real estate, or financial services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage financing products, property financing, and the real estate market will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation, as the role requires frequent travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets while actively acquiring new-to-bank and affluent customers.
• Promote and cross-sell complementary banking products, including MRTA, MLTA, and other wealth or protection solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, property agents, developers, lawyers, and other key business partners.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, referral networks, and alliance channels.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to understand customers' goals and recommend suitable mortgage financing solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, property market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to provide value-added advice to customers.
• Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the mortgage application and approval process.
