Job summary

Jobs for Humanity is hiring a Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager across Malaysia to drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships. You will prospect, assess financial needs, and guide clients through the mortgage application process to ensure a seamless experience.

You'll build partnerships with real estate agents, developers, brokers, and lawyers, stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, and cross-sell related products such as MRTA

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma.
• Minimum of one year of mortgage sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets and onboard affluent clients.
• Cross-sell Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) and Mortgage Level Term Assurance (MLTA).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers and lawyers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
