Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager to join our Personal Banking Mortgages Team in Petaling Jaya. You will drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients, while proactively prospecting for potential customers and providing financial advice throughout the mortgage process.

You will build long-term client relationships, collaborate with real estate agents and developers, and stay abreast of market trends

Qualifications

Diploma required.
Minimum of one year sales experience in banking/real estate.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets and onboard affluent clients.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and developers.
Develop new business opportunities via alliance tie-ups with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers and lawyers.
Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable mortgage products.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in mortgage industry.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
