Standard Chartered in Malaysia seeks a Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients throughout the mortgage process.

The role involves prospecting for potential clients, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for the application process, with nationwide coverage including Petaling Jaya, Kota Kinabalu, and more.

Qualificações

• Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year mortgage sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and property market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets.
• Onboard affluent clients and cross-sell related products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents and developers.
• Identify new opportunities through alliances with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers and lawyers.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable mortgage products.
