Intrepid Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Affiliate and KOL Manager to grow revenue through performance-based partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will recruit, manage, and optimize affiliate and influencer programs, collaborating with marketing, commercial, product, and analytics teams to drive traffic and conversions.

You'll lead a small team (3–5) and own budgeting, reporting, and partner relationships while maintaining brand standards and compliance across campaigns.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in affiliate or influencer marketing or digital marketing
• 1–2 years of team management experience
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and influencer tools
• Analytical with data-driven decision making
• Excellent English and Malay communication
• Results-oriented and proactive
